I'm Ed Butler, the person behind MR. DIVOT™. I respect your privacy. This policy explains what I collect and how I use it.
What I collect: When you visit getmrdivot.com, place an order, or sign up for email, I may collect your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. Payment card information is handled directly by my payment processor and is not stored by me.
How I use it: To process and ship orders, send order updates, respond to questions, and — if you opt in — send marketing email you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Service providers I use:
- Shopify — my e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and processes orders (see Shopify's privacy policy).
- Shopify Payments — processes payments securely.
- Shopify Email — sends order and marketing emails.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — helps me understand site traffic and measure advertising. You can control ad tracking through your Meta account and browser settings.
Cookies & tracking: My site uses cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to operate the store, remember your cart, and measure marketing. You can manage cookies through your browser.
Your choices: You can unsubscribe from marketing email anytime via the link in any email. To request access to or deletion of your personal information, email me at edward_butler@getmrdivot.com.
Data retention & security: I keep order information as needed for business and legal purposes and take reasonable measures to protect it.
