MR. DIVOT™ is assembled by hand in Chico, California, and I stand behind every one that leaves my shop. If it doesn't earn a permanent spot in your bag, send it back. Straightforward terms below.

Shipping

Free domestic shipping on every order. Retail orders leave Chico within three business days, tracked end-to-end.

Returns — 60 days, $10 back for shipping

If MR. DIVOT isn't the tool you hoped for, you have 60 days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the purchase price — plus a $10 credit toward your return shipping. I won't pretend a return is free when it isn't, but I'll cover most of it.

What I ask: The tool comes back in reusable condition — clean, no damage beyond normal use, no missing parts. Email me before you ship anything back, so nothing gets lost along the way.

How to start a return: email me at edward_butler@getmrdivot.com with your order number and a sentence on why it's coming back. I'll send you the address, packing tips, and reference number. I'll refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of the tool arriving here — the $10 shipping credit will be included in the refund total.
