The product: MR. DIVOT is a full-length, stand-up ball mark repair tool intended for repairing ball marks on golf greens. Please use it as intended. It is not a golf club and is not designed to strike a ball.

Orders & pricing: I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or description errors. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Intellectual property: MR. DIVOT™, my logo, images, and site content are my property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ed Butler (MR. DIVOT™) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my products or site. My total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
